Wayne Riggenbach Construction's core focus is building custom homes for you and your family. The building process starts with a one-on-one meeting where Wayne will sit down and go over all of the details of your new home. He will then draw a custom blueprint representing your dream home or use an existing blueprint that you have provided. Once all of the dust has settled, it's time to start digging!

Remodeling

In addition to building custom homes, Wayne Riggenbach Construction provides remodeling services. This includes interior remodeling such as kitchens and bathrooms, along with exterior remodeling such as home additions, re-roofing, and new decks. The focus is always to stay within your budget and provide a new look and feel breathing life back into an older home.

Rentals
